The Northern Brazoria County Education Alliance (NBCEA) is a non-profit 501(c)3 corporation founded in December 2007 by a group of community partners for the purpose of aligning industry, business,  education and government to improve the regional workforce and economic growth.

The NBCEA has partnered with Robert Turner College and Career High Schoolwhich opened in fall 2013 at 4717 Bailey Road. Students are able to choose a college and career path for their major coursework, earn up to 60 college credits while in high school, and earn six years of education in four years.
